Graham Landbeck - Crema Espresso
WOW - Last month was desperately struggling to sell the business, was dealing with the franchisor who had previously driven off one of his potential buyers. Graham had been losing money. In the last session he sat in the hot seat and was given some serious coaching. This month, he negotiated a deal with the franchisor and now has them supporting him. He tracked every part of his business, including graphs and knew every critical number in his business.

Robert received SOM in acknowledgement for his ability to take on information and make it work for him. His role changed in the business away from sales and into a more operational role. Previous session when we focussed on score cards he took on the logic and applied it to his new role increasing his efficiancy. there has also been a great improvement in his project work. Robert is foccussed on completing his remaining projects in time for this years Graduation

Kel received SOTM today (Gates Group) for keeping on top of his projects, most coachable and also set himself a goal since starting at the college to get a new car. rather than looking at reasons why he couldn't get a new car, he decided to look at ways he could. Arrived at the NCB with the keys to his new subaru! How cool is that! A loved, appreciated and powerful contributor.
Kate Stratford - Queensland Automatic Transmission Service
Kate received SOTM today (Torres Group) - she has handed in great projects, is totally committed to moving forward with her husband in their business, a powerful contributor in class and was in class today, even though she wasn't feeling so well, however realised she could have chosen to stay home or come to college. She chose to come and had a powerful day. A true champion!

Consistant. and solution orientated Lee is just so inspirational to have in class. She is always smiling and excited to be in the College and plays full out in each class. Back at work she is proactive in finding ways to impliment the grear stuff she is receiving.

Morgan is an exceptional student. There have been some units which have scared her, however she has been prepared to tackle everything head on, and has also surprised herself that things weren't as tought as she thought they may have been. A breath of fresh air in the class, so encouraging to others who she makes feel welcome in the class. Love her contribution, her gutsy approach and her coachability. This is the second time she has been awarded this award.
Belinda Sherring - Evolution Sails
No one works harder at producing world class projects like Belinda. They are always a 5star reflection of who she is in business with terrific amount of thought invested into each one. She is an honest contributor with a great sence of humour and always willing to lend a hand if required.
Diandra Franchina - Loria Continental Delicatessen
Dee awarded SOTM today - a de;ightful contributor to the group, moving forward with her projects, keen to make a difference and be the best she can. She also has just found out she is pregnant, so we had a celebration for that which was marvellous.

Rebecca the most amazing attitude. She arrives to class with a huge warm smile, eager to learn and generously contibutes to the people she shares her day with. Consistant with her assignments she is also very coachable open to feedback and constantly looking for ways to apply what she learns. In Goal setting today she wasted no time in ticking the box on her first major goal in her lunch break. This had an extremely profound impact on the group inspiring each and every person.

Anthony awarded SOTM today, great player in class, perpared to put the work in to get his projects complete - great work submitted so far. Great contributor in class, has been prepared to take on the coaching - currently listening to personal development CD's to increase his knowledge which is impressive! Great bloke.
