This month Daryl received BOM not becasue of anything he did directly. Daryl was awarded Business of the Month becasue his TEAM is getting it and solving the problems of the business. The production TEAM collaborated to solve the productiuon issues so much so they are now pushing Daryl out of his comfort zone as they have production under control for a change. This is through involvement and excellent scorecarding "Go Daryl's TEAM !". I do believe Daryl has taken the trophy back to work to present to his production manager ....

Yvonne Exceeded her targets - her goal is to exceed each month by 5% of the prev month. She had a massive month in May and is still on track to exceed this by end of June. Also achieved 4 of her Top 5 objectives!!! WOW!!!

Kylie has had a challenging period in her business, but despite this she has produced some amazing results. More importantly, she did not produce these results in the manner she would normally go about producing them. She took time to look after herself, her health and her relationships and in the context of the program, made money from the inside. Well done Kylie, this was definitely a breakthrough.

Annie was awarded BOM for being AMAZING ACTION ANNIE on Day ONE! I have never seen an application form so complete AND in addition, she sent in another document being really clear on exactly where she was at and what she wanted to achieve. I read this to the group (with her permission) and Annie was such a contribution and inspriation to the group on day 1. You would have thougth that Annie had been part of the NCB for years!!! Her energy is contageous and she is up for big things this year - watch this space!! Also "real" and "vulnerable" to the group.

Not only had a target for revenue and key scores, but also exceeded his targets for the month. Complete shift in attitude and mindset from Session 1. Was negative with "staff"- now positive with a "team" that can help him!! Also been in action, read the e-myth, brought on 2 new distributors and had his 15 year old "team" member documenting systems for him. WOW!!!

Kane has completely redesigned his sales process after the sales session. Took every part of the session and the mentoring session and applied what he learned. As a result produced a very profitable month and knows exactly how to reproduce that month over and over. The amount Kane has evolved as a business owner over the last 4 months is remarkable. Watch that space.

WOW...I have never had a friend in any my groups take on the program after the first session like Sharon. She has completing restructured her business, making sure the right people are in the right seat on the bus. She created a daily routine for all of the team members having each team member be accountable for their section. She also completed all of the actions for the month plus more. She is a new human being!

She says "I am not a business women, just a lady with a passion for what I do". Jenny had never been to NCB or BM before, and this month completed ALL action items, in communication with her buddies and providing them with unbelieveable inspiration. What a natural!
