He missed last session and has been completely in action, in communication, transformed himself and his business and brought on 12 new key clients in the mining industry through networking with people he knew from the past. He was also on the court during our session on Friday contributing at every opportunity and achieved the monthly revenue target that he set.

WOW! Our youngest member of Versace is really stepping up with a mindset of 'how can I impliment tools being learnt from the program.' Rhiannon is a willing contributor and is always 'Fired Up' when she arrives for the day and put 150% into ensuring 3 outstanding projects were caught up! Our group agrees that this star has an awesome future ahead through being so coachable and being in Action!
Tiffany Lash - MCG Legal
Consistent at performing at the highest level, Tiffany sure keeps the bar raised high in Branson group. She has given the group huge value with contributing comments with a legal flavour in our discussions, extra-miling with the quality of every project submitted and being rock solid with her commitment to attending every session. She is a wonderful ambassador for MCG Legal and we are proud of everything she is achieving through the program!

Taryn has been awarded SOTM today for a number of reasons: She is so open to be coached, keen to implement new ideas in her workplace and has submitted excellent projects. A great contributor in class, open and honest where she is and where she wants to go.

On receiving the award Mitchell gave an inspiring speech to the group describing the impact of the program being fantastic, both profesionally and personally.
Danny Rizk - Friendly Grocer
Danny received SOTM today for a number of reasons. He firstly was a bit unsure about coming to the NCB, however has been pleasantly surprised how much he has got out of the NCB already. He was a bit nervous about today's topic, 'Est Legal & Risk Mngmnt of Sml Bus', so he even got up early to do some research on the internet for today (bless his socks). He is keen to go into his own business - currently working in his family business. He is so coachable, has been implementing things he has learnt & shared with Group the successes he is having as a result. This is only his 3rd session and has brought in his first project. Great contributor in class & well deserved of SOTM.

Andre awarded SOTM today - great work with projects, great contribution in class. Thinks very deeply and focused on being the best manager.
