He had no customer database so he has been going through old customers to create one. His conversation rate is also up to 90% on quotes - WOW!

Maggie had a major breakthrough this month in both planning and honoring her commitment to do 'income generating activities' EVERY day.  And this commitment has paid off. Maggie-Laurie had a record month with gaining new clients and exceeding her profit target. Excellent work Maggie-Laurie.
