Vincent received 100% of the votes for Business of the Month from his fellow Business Mastery Participants. He achieved substantial success in implementing scorecard targets far better then anyone in the group. He also achieved breakthroughs with staff challenges which were addressed, concluded and progression seen all within a one month period.

Ken must be acknowledeged for being one of our few business owners doing a Certificate IV course. His willingness to learn is breath of fresh air and he is always happy to help anyone within his group.

Helen Gaffney - Outback Campber Trailers
Helen has won BOM of the month for the second time. Helen spent an arduous time over Xmas developing a product costing model and sourcing all costs for components of their camper trailers. This process has allowed Helen to discontinue two product lines that weren't making sufficient profit and to be able effectively cost new product lines they are developing. This a has been a major task, but well worth it. Congratulations Helen!

Rolls Royce Group
Craig Charlton - Charlton's Bait and Tackle Centre
Craig has won BOM again. In December, Craig recognised this Christmas trading period wasn't going to have him reach all of his targets. He pulled out all stops and called all his regular customers personally to invite them into the store and 40% came into the store to purchase. He also had a record Xmas Eve!! Craig is standing out in the industry by being action and not accepting market conditions. Well done Craig!

Leanne Arden - Astro Visual Web Design and Photography
Leanne won BOM again. She had completed all her actions and more, particularly in creating all her procedures and systems. Leanne also implemented her referral system with great results. She received 9 referrals from 9 calls, won 3, with 3 still pending. Great work Leanne.

Manhatten Group
Taree Birse - Fashion Designer
Taree is well on the way designing her Spring/Summer Collection. This month Taree optimised her website and set up on Facebook to target students for school formals - within 2 weeks she has 150 fans on Facebook! She has her marketing plan in place and is using her scorecard effectively. Taree has set herself up for big year. Congratulations Taree!

New York Group
Woza Nicholas - Coolangatta YHA
This month, Woza had one full month away overseas and everything ran smoothly and his business is now valued at way over what he expected! Woza also knew all his key numbers and had a clear focus to increase each person's value by $5 per person, per day.

Aston Group
Nadia Cobb - The Bay Gymnastics School
Nadia paid herself for the first time this month! And she also had her highest number of students ever. Wow, congrats Nadia!
