Michael was in action this month implementing procedures and sales activities in place. In only month 2 of the program Michael is now in action with the things he knows he should be doing in the business!

Paul really got out of his comfort zone this month and did 40 cold call walk-ins to businesses in his area. He had a breakthrough in knowing himself as someone who can do that – and survive!!! Well done Paul, keep being resilient.

Alison Moore - Pets Eternal
Alison implemented a new marketing system opening more doors! She has also increased her prices and has not seen any change in business, showing that it can be done!

Gary has really stepped with leadership in his business and within the group. He is being a massive contribution to the group. Gary is committed to the program and came back from holidays to come to Business Mastery. He has gone from being the technician in the business to being the business owner!

Sherryn Deetlefs - Jamberry
Sherryn had the highest EVER in sales this month, (almost doubling her projected sales score) and she has run out of stock she has had so many sales! Congratulations Sherryn!

Minos Mantzavinos - Mobile Hose Fixers
Minos was the only person who completed every single action 100% this month! He stepped up as a leader within the business and shifted his mindset to become a powerful and engaging leader. He has taken on massive things from last session such as video role playing and has introduced a system to motivate his team players through a reward system. His contribution was outstanding and although December & January are usually his slower months, they had improved significantly from last year. Congratulations Minos!

Anita Greensill - D & P Recruitment
Anita was certainly in action this month completing systems and gaining 2 new clients. Anita had a new team member start on Monday and was confident that she only needed one day of training due to her new systems. She is on track for her 90 day plan and had a big January with revenue. Great work Anita.
Rolls Royce Group
Paul & Tiffany Rix - Printree
Paul and Tiffany completed all their actions this month and more. Tiffany completed budgets for the year and they now know what revenue they need to make daily to break even. They have hired a telemarketer and have new KPIs in place and aiming for huge growth in design work this year.

Ray Fenech - Platinum Clearshield
This month, Ray had more advancement and implemented many systems that he took on from the last session. He is always improving and always takes action on what he learns from each session.

Adam Parker - Fast Fit Outs
This month Adam completed all of his actions and major accountabilities - he really made a difference by working on experience packs for his clients. Adam had a breakthrough with his team members – he reviewed their accountabilities with them – they were waiting for and embraced it! Fantastic work Adam!
