Rob has been having a few slow months. At the BM session in August he took on the coaching and added a mandatory phone number field to his web quotes – his conversion rate increased to 50% with a follow up phone call. He is always looking at ways to improve his business – even when systems and procedures are in place.

Lynette Farrelly – Secret Sanctum Health & Beauty
Lynette had a breakthrough with her scorecard – it was a breakthrough for the group to see what knowledge can be gained and decisions made from using the scorecard effectively. Lynette could see what impacted her results this month (actions taken vs staff being away). Her lesson learnt for the month was: toughen up.

Greg really has shifted his thinking to business owner. He has work booked in advance (and is making a profit). He is interested in generating the desired work.

In Craig's words: I'm on fire. Craig had the best August they have ever had. Over the past 5 months, 3 months have been over target. Within the first 9 days for September, they were up 110% on last year. Craig knows the number of customers he needs every month to achieve his desired profit - and he's on track to achieve this.

David had his operations and sales manual completed this month, while taking on new clients which increased his sales by a large percentage. He was also in action and had an oustanding contribution to his fellow participants.
