However the major achievement that had them win Rolex Group Business of the Year was over the full year they had a 27% increase in turnover and 138% increase in profit.

By Session 3 Steve really got how his scorecard can affect his business. He reviewed it mid month and created work to fill an impending short fall, by moving work already booked in, forward to this month. His turnover was down on last month, however his profit was similar!

Tony made a profit this month and he made that happen by knowing his figures mid-month and then taking action. Tony had a goal to love his P&L. He certainly has achieved that and had a good laugh with the group as well.

month Travis has had a major shift in the way he views his business.He has received and accepted 9 student enroments for 2010 with another 2 to follow up. Travis took on the coaching last month and has been in action creating contacts for 2011.

Wendy Lawrence and Fiona Higgo – Fruition
Wendy and Fiona have consistently completed all their actions throughout the year and really taken the coaching. They have been a major contribution and inspiration for the group. Wendy and Fiona had a really big game this year for expansion, and during the year they acquired the Redcliffe Fruition.
