When Mike was in Hong Kong he signed another 5 year distributer deal with Retigo He has also signed another agreement with a company in Italy and taken 4 other agencies on. These deals will triple Mike's business. Retigo had it's best 3 months ever.

Kingsley & Jo Caesar - Champions Sports Memorabilia
Jo and Kingsley made great progress in increasing the productivity of the framing business. They were focussing on measured growth with the same profit. They had a fantastic opportunity this month in offering a specialised product to existing customers. They got into action and called customers with an offer pre-release. Pulling out all stops made a difference to increasing their turnover with one item as well as realisign the potential of their database.

Sue Lund - Home Page Development
This month Sue starting calling her A, B, C list (A list - regular clients). She called 11 clients on the A list - from that 11 she won 2 Search Engine Optimisation jobs (1 from an existing client, 1 a totally new client) and she also won 4 Web Development jobs: 6 jobs from 11 phone calls. This was a big step for Sue to call and ask for work, however she can now see the benefit from just a few phone calls.

Margaret James - James Bookkeeping Services
Margaret has been consistently helping out her team members with their books and general advice: she is dedicated to having them succeed in business. Margaret has also made progress in her own business and has been implementing the strategies from Business Mastery. For the last financial year, Margaret's GP dropped, however her NP increased! Her conversion rate was 85% and is now 99%!

Kim Curtis-Pozar - Floor Stripping & Solutions
Kim implemented daily meetings with managers and a weekly meeting with the whole group - it made a difference for her to know what really is going on. She also now has 6 new clients using them on a regular basis and is working on expense management.

Thuy Nguyen - Lettuce Eat Gourmet Fast Food and Catering
Thuy nearly reached her turnover target this month, even though it feels like business has dropped 20% in traffic flow. She has been training her staff to offer add ons and has started a meal deal offer - selling 20% more burgers because of it. Thuy is constantly improving her business and is now being a 'business owner'.

Geordie Skinner - Postive Energy
Geordie's contribution was oustanding this month. He also achieved his NSW goal of 4 FT team players by end of 2010, completed 12 months early!
