Sherryn completed and documented sales process for 3 of her target markets this month. She also worked on her scorecard and systems.

Wendy and Fiona have 3 Fruition franchises. They use their scorecard as their 'bible' in business and are accountable for their results. For August they didn't meet all their targets however they achieved a 100% conversion rate in 2 centres, and 80% conversion in the other one. They also achieve 90% attendance for the month. They are also on track to achieve their personal and business objectives (6 SMART objectives) that they set at the beginning of the year.

Dave Verrall - Diverse Surf
Dave has made excellent progress at systemising his business. He has implemented new software and he has taught the system to his staff. He is now documenting the sales process to ensure consistency, and he is transferring his knowledge into the sales system - so when he isn't there, his staff can sell like he does!! This is a MAJOR win for Dave.

The last financial year was their best year in business yet. They have been getting bigger jobs in and have doubled their Avg $ sale. This month they lost a printer and a designer, but Paul and Tiffany are constantly looking at ways to attract staff and keep them - they are always looking for solutions.  They have been cold calling this month and have been calling customers that have stopped using them for feedback - constantly refining their business.

Mark Burgunder - Avanti Hosting
Mark is really getting out of his comfort zone - he is now a 'business owner' rather than doing this as a hobby. He is tracking all key metrics on his scorecard - particularly the actions he needs to take to get the result. This month, whilst his target revenue wasn't achieved, he exceeded his number of sales and tracked very well against targets for new clients and jobs in progress. We're expecting big things from Mark next month!
