I studied at the National College of Success with Kerry McEvoy before you guys changed into the National College of Business. I graduated in September 2003. Since than I've recently selfpublished my first Romance Novel which is receiving 5 Star Rave Reviews and my second novel is about to be released in 2012. Thank you so much for helping me to achieve my dreams and walk my own path to success. I'm currently about to move into a big publicity campaign in 2012 with both novels and haven't forgotten the NCS now NCB for giving me the confidence. It's been a while but I made it.

Thanks for the great session yesterday! Very useful and motivational! So far today I have hit 120% of my full weeks budget (in one day), thus putting me strongly on track to hit 15% over budget for the month. I’m now aiming to hit 50% over budget for the month. The scorecard has also been good to monitor today, and I’m looking forward to seeing how this plays out over the next few weeks. Thanks again!

I would like to thank you for your help with my "Sales." It really did open my eyes to lots of Stuff! I have been having heaps of fun and getting out in our community and meeting people. Thats what I call my "visits" and that is just what I'm doing - NOT thinking SALES! I have also written everything on paper as I go. Developed a few systems around it all too. The month prior to commencing Business Mastery in March 2009, TNN had its worst month ever, making substantial losses 3 months running. Our industry can be inconsistent so I have used quarterly results to show the growth we have had in the last two years. In the 4th Qtr of the 09 FY we had 150k in sales showing a 28% net profit. In the 2nd Qtr 2011 FY we achieved 550k in sales at 30% net profit. If you project these figures to annual turn over, we went from a 600k to 2.2mil t/o business. We are now averaging 200k per month in sales with our best months being over 300k. NCB has provided me with a great support network particularly through the bad as well as the good times allowing me to tap into the knowledge and experience of the NCB team and other business owners. The team at the NCB have an inspirational culture which encouraged me to want to achieve more for myself and my business. Mastery is a challenging and rewarding program that has helped me refine and develop my team and has contributed substantially to my personal growth as a business owner and leader.

[To Coach Kick-Ass Kathy] Firstly I appreciate you may have been reserved on what you could bring to the table with respect to myself and my business. Please do not ever sell yourself short. More was absorbed than even I thought. Growth within the business was going to continue with or without the assistance of the course but the fact that I now have the tools to look more closely at all processes and can substantiate the results now allows me to focus on positives and learn from negative. This is now seen daily. Turnover is higher than expected but the controls on the business now gives an increase to the percentage profit.
I personally now control the business and not work in the business!
The course was a great way to gain this knowledge but you personally are an inspiration that gives the course the body to push individuals like myself (stubborn strong willed) to appreciate that looking at ones self is the best way to progress. To that, thank you.

In March my employer gave me a voucher to do the Eagle Programme Time management course. I have always considered myself a lazy person, preferring to do nothing than anything. Craig hosted the Time Management course that day, and in the space of 6 hours my life changed. Two days ago I had my performance review, and normally I would have a fear of losing my job through lack of productivity, this time I was commended for the magnificent change in my work output. As a result I have been specially selected to participate in an intesive trainers course that only 10 people of our 200+ employees were selected for. I am achieving personal and professional goals at such a rapid rate that I can barely keep up.
