Session 1 - Developing the Leader Within You
Developing the leader within; how to become the best leader of your own life so that you can create influence in others. Discover how the world’s best business leaders grow to manage their own lives and priorities to inspire others to be part of what they are creating.

Session 2 – Vision; Creating, Communicating and Executing the Culture; and Plan
Can you create a vision for the business that inspires others and creates a path to that destination? All great businesses start with the ‘why’. This session focuses on your communication skills as a leader and how to develop a culture, that other businesses envy, and where everyone thrives and plays for the success of the business. You will also learn how to master the ‘implementation of positive change’ within your business where everyone embraces growth.

Session 3 – Recruitment, Retainment and People Management
Attracting and keeping the best people to your business. It is said that the best leaders do not have the most followers; they are the ones that have developed the most leaders. Therefore the success of your leadership is in your ability to attract, grow and create other leaders. You will leave this session with solid processes and structures to do exactly that.

Session 4 – Performance Management
In this session you will leave with a performance management plan and structure that creates an environment where your team loves to receive feedback, because they see it as a way of you helping them win! You can’t manage what you don’t measure! You will also discover how to develop the much needed skill of pattern recognition, which allows growing of your most appreciable asset – your people.

Session 5 – Developing Leaders and Succession Plan
What would happen if you were not in your business for a week or a month or three months? Many business owners lack the foresight (and ability) to create a succession plan that helps raise up other leaders in their organisation. In this session you will leave with a step by step empowerment/succession process that guarantees that your business is in the best hands, if and when you decide to step out of the business.
