Frontline Managers are essentially the interface between the workforce and senior management. They are people managers who co-ordinate and lead the workforce on a day-to-day basis, in line with the specific outcomes and goals of the business.

How is the course delivered?

This course is run 1-day a month, for 10 months. Sessions are held at the NCB, and workplace assignments will be given to complete in between sessions. Certification will be issued on the successful completion of these assignments.

Prerequisites

No previous qualifications or experience is required to participate in the program! However, the NCB recommends that access to a frontline management position, or an acting capacity, is essential for the successful completion of the workplace assignments as participants are required to observe and document workplace systems and procedures.
