Business that are looking to, or are in the process of expansion to multiple sites
To qualify for the Expansion Program, the business must be able to demonstrate:
- The business owner has completed Maximiser and/or meets the following criteria.
- The business has a solid scorecard history.
- The business is profitable under current model.
- The business has the key systems/procedures manual in place.
- The business is not reliable on the owner for day to day operations.
- The business has completed projections, an up to date cash flow projection and balance sheet.
- The business has a turnover of at least $1M.
