The NCB go on Safari in the last quarter of 2010

Tue, 12 Oct 10

After having an amazing quarter surfing our pipeline, the team had no idea what was install for them this quarter! On the 1st October, our training room was turned into a jungle - with tigers, elephants, zebras, monkeys, snakes, bugs and plants everywhere we looked. Next thing we knew, Steve Irwin jumped into our training room, ready to take us all on a Safari - our new quarterly theme.

This means that for the next 3 months we will be on the lookout for:

  • Friends Starting
  • Referrals
  • Opportunities to make a difference
  • New Business Guru’s

During the day, the team also had an awesome time creating a brand new Core Values video – to be available on YouTube shortly! Everyone on the team got involved, explaining and demonstrating all the Core Values at the NCB – keeping in the theme of a Safari of course. In the afternoon, we had our team training exercise – Paintball Skirmish! We certainly kicked off our Safari theme here where we were constantly on the lookout to achieve our goal – and earned quite a few bruises to prove it afterward. Along with this theme, we also have a new team war cry (We like to Move it, Move it!) so keep an ear out for it if you’re in the college for our daily huddle. For the meantime, check out the photos from the day on Facebook
