How did your position at Lindsey's come about?
I was offered the opportunity to work with a very passionate and motivated individual who was starting her own business. She was excited about moving into uncharted territories and forging a business that was male dominated and putting her own stamp on the industry... I am still working with her 18 years later and still loving every day.

What has been the best advice you’ve received to date?
To treat everyone how you want to be treated.

Who is your biggest inspiration in business?
My boss Lindsey has been a huge inspiration. I have watched her grow her business from the ground up and have so much respect for her both as an individual and a boss.

What is your favourite duty/responsibility in your current role?
I absolutely love dealing with our customers.

What is your number one goal for 2011?
To successfully complete my course [at the NCB] and impart the knowledge to all my team members to bring us all forward to a very prosperous 2012!
