"Tess has won NCB Accelerator's Business of the Month for achieving a focused attitude and taking on the sales coaching as given. Congratulations Tess!" Anoop Anchal, Course Coach and Business Grower
After 6 years of business, Germaine De Capuccini has seen extraordinary growth and owner Tess Walls is now being recognised for her contribution to business as the owner of this thriving company. Tess has been awarded March Business of the Month by coach Anoop Anchal and is one of the first BOM winners to be invited to an exclusive Business Leaders Lunch for stand out participants. Check out what she has to say about the business life below in this mini interview..
A bit about Tess and GDC: I am a skin care importer and skin educator! I import a brand of skin care from Spain called Germaine de Capuccini, we sell product to Beauty Salons, Cosmetic Clinics and Day Spas. If you have not tried the product you must contact us today because it is guaranteed to take 5 years off your age…….or at least improve your skin dramatically! The products come with a 100% money back guarantee so you have nothing to loose!
What is one thing you love about your business?
I really love seeing people grow their businesses when they introduce our product, we had a small Brisbane beauty salon start with us in March and they doubled their product sales in the first month of using our products! I also really love seeing the therapists so excited about the visible skin results they are seeing!
What is the greatest learning curve you've had in business so far?
That you can never stop focusing on your business and more importantly that you can never stop being passionate about what you do. I think all business owners sometimes get so “bogged” down we forget why we started the business but when I get in that space I try to remember why I started it in the first place and that generally helps to reignite my passion!!
Who is someone that inspires you?
I really get inspired by Oprah Winfrey, on my office cork board I have a quote of hers that I love, it is: “The big secret in life is that there is no big secret. Whatever your goal, you can get there if you’re willing to work”
Our theme for April is Easter, (and therefore a great big long weekend!) so If you could take a break from your business for a weekend, where would you go?
I would go to Bedarra Island in North QLD………………..aaaahhhhh the tranquillity!
The Plug: We have a great promotion for professional salons & spas that allows them to swap their existing product stock for Germaine de Capuccini products and get started with us without the large overheads of starting with a new brand. You also receive lots of product training and support to help you and your staff recommend our product!
