Springwood Complete Automotive Services was one of the well deserved winners of NCB Business of the Month in March this year. Patti Ruby was awarded the title in her Accelerator program and is one half of the ultimate business couple, according to her coach Simon Bell. What is one thing you love about your business?
One of the things I love about my business is it affords us the luxury of flexible work hours!

What is the greatest learning curve you've had in business so far?
Since embarking in the course at the NCB the learning curve has been huge, shining a light on the aspects of our business previously unseen.

Who is someone that inspires you?
Prior to the NCB it was more a case of survival rather than inspiration. Since starting the course we draw inspiration seeing that all the businesses in our group work the the same challanges we do.

In the spirit of the upcoming Easter long weekend, if you could take a break from your business for a weekend, where would you go?
A break for the weekend - a luxury island resort on the whitsundays.
 
Could you tell us in a couple of sentences a bit about what you do at SCAS?
We are a family owned automotive repair business with a strong focus on customer service and quality repairs.  Our goal is to be the number one choice of after market repairers.
