How to measure the return on investment in social media

Mon, 21 Mar 11

Many people have asked me (including myself asking others)...How do you measure the return on investment in social media? Really, I don't have a good answer ... because honestly, there isn't one.

However, probably one of the BEST answers I've come across so far is this one from Gary Vaynerchuck (and yes, Gary's language is colourful - so you are warned). Follow the link to: How do you measure the return on investment in social media?

Until next time...enjoy great things!
