A bit about you and your business for anyone who doesn’t know:

I am a Natural Health Care Professional & Educator with 30 years clinical experience.
I am passionate about living consciously & authentically.
I share my lifes work at 'My Health Sanctuary' in educating, assisting, empowering & impassioning people to care for their health & wellness with Natural Medicines.
I specialise in Natural Detoxification programs & Womens Health.

I love the challenge of the ebb & flow & awesome excitment of growing Business in the 21st Century.

If you could give one piece of advice from your experience in business, what would it be?
When the going gets tough be coachable, flexible, ready for change & reach out for help! Then ... GO FOR IT!

What is your number 1 goal for the 11/12 financial year?
To grow 'My Health Sanctuary' to a minimum $78,000 to $100,000 profit through Health Retreats in Bali & Northern NSW, National training programs in Colon Hydrotherapy & expansion of my team to include another Colon Hydrotherapist, a Massage Therapist & full time rental of our health centre for workshops & seminars.
