Sandbagging Your Business Event - February 8, 2011
The NCB Coaching Panel hosted a recovery event on Tuesday night for businesses affected by the January floods. 25 guests attended to hear strategies and planning advice for regaining their footing and performing better than they were pre-flood.
NCB Company Captain Jon Mailer kicked off the event by getting guests to bounce ideas off each other and discuss what they wanted to get out of the night. Our coaching team, including Anoop, Kathy, Paul and Simon then broke the room into groups to work on strategies to accomplish these ideas.
New face at the NCB, Francisca John of Beauty in Brisbane said it was a "privilage to be present at the conference," whilst others noted it was good to hear a more personalised approach on how to move forward in their specific businesses.
The NCB would like to thank Anoop Anchal, NCB SuperCoach for creating the event and assisting local businesses to regain their footing.

Just wanted to say thank you again to NCB!!
We took so much out of that meeting and I know a lot of us are just a bit worn down at the least from what has happened to the start of this year.
From this night I really feel I learnt how to re boost the energy levels with some positive points of thinking and some practical advice.
